THEY EPITOMIZE LOVE…THEY RADIATE HAPPINESS – KRYSTLE & ANTHONY’S WEDDING – THE ROYALTY MANSION – LONG ISLAND, NY

“Our dating story is quite simple. The saying, the best things happen when you least expect it, I would say pertains to us. Neither one of us were looking for a relationship at the time and now 11 years later here we are. We met through mutual friends who were dating at the time. Anthony happen to stop by for a drink at the bar his friend was bartending at and was about to leave when his friend asked him to stay. His friend had told him that his girlfriend and two friends were coming and to stay so that he can meet them, so he did. At the time I was in my senior year of college it was a Thursday night and I rarely went out when I had class the next day. My best friend said she was going out but before was going to the bar that her boyfriend was bartending at first so I agreed to meet her there just for one drink. At the bar Anthony and I barely said one word to each other, we were introduced and sat next to each other but had no clue that either one of us were interested in each other, we were both shy. The night was short and we both went our separate ways that night. After that night, it happens that I told my best friend that I thought he was cute and he had happen to say the same about me to his friend, well they took matter into their hand and the next week had set up a double date, on April 1st, Aprils Fools of all days. We had a great time and have been inseparable ever since :)” – Krystle

“Anthony proposed on HIS birthday, I was 100% surprised as I never imagined he would do it on his own birthday. Every year for his birthday I always make reservations to go out to a nice dinner, usually a steakhouse. This birthday I had made reservation to go to a steakhouse called Strip House. It was one of our favorites and they had only had one location at the time which downtown. A few days before his birthday I had gotten a call from the restaurant letting me now that the downtown location was closed for a private event and that their new midtown location would be open and they could accommodate us there. The night started like any other, we sat down for dinner and enjoyed a good steak! When dinner was over Anthony excused himself to go to the restroom, at that time I called the waitress over to ask if she could bring a cake with a candle in it so we could sing happy birthday. When he came back the waitress and staff came with a candle and started to sing happy birthday. As soon as they were done the maitre’d came over to my side, with a plate that was cover and said “well we have a surprise for you as well” (Honestly the first thing that came to my mind was “oh nice, more dessert” lol) He uncovered the plate and sitting there was a beautiful blue Tiffany’s box wrapped with its traditional white bow. I was in shock, I looked at Anthony and he told me to open it. As I unwrapped it and got to the black box he took it, got down on one knee (in front of the entire restaurant), opened the box and there was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen, he took my hand and asked me to marry him. At this point I was crying and laughing, I was overjoyed and it was one of the happiest times of my life. He couldn’t have planned it better and completely surprised me.” – Krystle
